i tried to switch this blog to the new blogger but wasnt successful.
arh whatever la.

off day tmr! wee!!
yesterday was uber tiring la. and frm what i heard, the eve was even worse. lucky i was on the opening shift cos the crowd came late.
sorry to say la, but sometimes guests just pissed me off. they have all the funny stupid requests in the whole of the universe. and for God's sakes, some of them just cannot wait to be seated. for your information, this is not a bloody coffee shop where you can just walk in like the damn boutique is yours.
and one more thing, why are you sooooo desperately in need of the sofa seats that you give us the face when we tell you that we might have to shift you later or that it is reserved for bigger groups? dont your own homes have sofa seats? and it disgusts me that you have to go to the extent of lying that you have 4 of your friends coming in later just because you want the sofa seat.
i read zash's blog and she had said something about the mentality of singaporeans. it makes me think.. sometimes i guess the reason as to why singapore's service is so bad is plainly because of the customers. a handful of them have totally no courtesy and most of them just cannot open their mouth to breathe out a.. thank you or flash a smile. they gave you a face when they dont get the sofa seats, when their food comes abit later.. blabla blabla.
there were some point of time when i told myself that maybe customer service is not my cup of tea.
i must confess that customers play an important part in affecting how am i gonna serve the others later. there were a few lovely guests who made my day, one gave me a purple puppy balloon (:
so what im saying is, if you expect good service, you have to play your part too.
in other words, treat others like how you want to be treated.

right. that was a mouthful wasnt it?
i miss my girls, and i will miss seeing them on the 28th. bleargh.
my boy's having a flu. double bleargh.
